With Seed, he has the opportunity to oversee every step of the winemaking process, from the growing of the finest Malbec grapes in the world, through harvest, crush, aging, and bottling. Born in Padua, Italy, Giuseppe found his calling—wine and all that goes into making it—at an early age. He studied oenology at the University of Udine, and his irrepressible spirit led him to apprenticeships with the great winemakers of Veneto, Friuli, Sicily, and Mendoza. From these artisans, he absorbed the different philosophies and styles that combine to make him one of the most creative, passionate winemakers in the world.

Giuseppe brings a unique blend of Old and New World philosophies to his winemaking, an amalgam of every mentor and all the great regions he has experienced. These influences, along with his innate creativity, have enabled him to elevate Malbec to an entirely new level.
