Our master winemaker and chief wine-whisperer, Giuseppe Franceschini has just overseen the bottling of our Malbec and Cab-Malbec “Red Wine” blend. They will let it rest in preparation for dressing and shipment to us in December, for holiday delivery. We will be offering pre-orders soon for our members.
“2015 was a generally cooler year in Mendoza, characterized in the ripening season with a lot of rain and few days of sun.
This gave us less alcoholic wines with more acidity a verticality, more elegance and balance, deepness and persistence in the after-mouth. Clear and bright, crisp acidity with fresh fruity and floral flavors. In our case, more elegant and consistent wines due to the slow ripeness, with better, well polymerized tannins.
Ready now but with a lot of potential to get better with time. The 2015 was a BIG YEAR and BIG WINES for long aging!”
